The room was very clean. The blackout curtains worked well. Breakfast included many options. Carlos was very attentive.

somewhat disappointing experience

street noise room unready

staff are pleasant, the location is fine.

after a long flight our room wasnt ready. we must waited 45 minutes and i finally had to request some action. the street noise from a guitar player went on each night till nine pm.

the location near the zocalo allowed easy access to many places. the staff were attentive and helpful. the rooftop restaurant provided awesome views during meals.

the noise from the street was noticeable and continued until late. i found some repair work on the sidewalk outside the window. it was quite loud at times.

the stain glassed roof impresses from the entrance. our beautiful king room was spacious and clean. the breakfast terrace overlooks the main square and i found that advantageous.

the street nearby is busy always.

the terrace restaurant featured attentive staff, namely lazaro rodriguez and ricardo, that provided fast service. they were helpful and accommodating and assisted with the menu and selections. i found this particularly helpful.
